Terms of Service

1. Who we are

MPYR Strategic LLC, a Missouri limited liability company, doing business as MPYR AI ("MPYR AI," "we," "us"). Contact: hello@mpyr.ai.

2. What this is

A month-to-month subscription to an operating partnership with MPYR AI: strategy, marketing, design and web, and AI deployment for one business. There is no contract and no minimum term. You can cancel at any time. These terms, together with the price shown when you subscribe, are the whole agreement between us.

3. The fee

The monthly amount shown on your checkout page when you subscribe, and on every receipt after that, charged automatically on the same day each month, starting the day you subscribe. The price does not change without at least 30 days' written notice to you.

4. What's included

Ongoing strategy and advice. Marketing and growth strategy, competitive analysis, and being available to think through decisions with you. This runs continuously, whether or not you have work in the queue.

A request queue. Add as many requests as you like to your project board. We work on one at a time and deliver them in the order you set. You can reorder your queue whenever you want.

Unlimited revisions on whatever we're currently working on, until you're happy with it.

The work itself: marketing, web design and development, content, campaign management, and AI and automation setup.

5. How fast

Most requests are delivered in two to three business days. Small items are usually next day. Big projects, a full website for example, are broken into pieces so you see progress every couple of days until they're done. Complex work takes longer, and we'll tell you when that's the case. These are averages, not guarantees.

6. What's not included

These are real costs, and they're yours.

Advertising spend. You pay Google, Meta and others directly. Managing those campaigns is included; the media budget is not.

Software and services. Hosting, domains, CRM and email platform subscriptions, AI usage costs. Billed to you by those vendors directly.

Outside production. Photography, video, voice talent, print runs. We'll coordinate and quote separately if you want any of it.

Legal, accounting, HR and compliance advice. Not our field.

Work for other companies you own. This subscription covers one business.

Travel beyond an initial kickoff and quarterly planning visits.

7. Emergencies

If something is publicly broken or actively costing you money, the site is down, a campaign is misspending, a lead form isn't delivering, call or text. It jumps the queue immediately at no extra charge.

8. How we work together

Requests go on the project board so nothing gets lost. Text or call for anything conversational; we respond the same business day, and usually within two hours between 8am and 6pm Central, Monday to Friday. There's a written update every Monday and a report at the end of each month.

9. Pausing

If you have a quiet month, pause the subscription. Billing pauses with you, and any unused days in your current cycle are saved and applied whenever you come back. Paused means paused: we're not working, monitoring, or advising during a pause, though we'll still help if something breaks. Saved days don't expire and aren't refundable as cash.

10. Cancelling

Cancel any time from your billing portal, or just tell us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the month you've already paid for. You won't be charged again, and we keep working through the end of that month. There are no refunds for a month already started or for work already completed.

11. First two weeks

If it's not working out, tell us within 14 days of your first payment and we'll refund 75%. After 14 days, the cancellation terms above apply.

12. What you own

You own all of it. Everything we create for you, designs, copy, code, websites, automations, documentation, is yours as soon as it's delivered, permanently and without conditions.

13. Your accounts stay yours

Your website, domain, hosting, ad accounts, analytics, social profiles and business listings are registered in your name, under your control. We work inside your accounts, not our own. If you cancel, you change the passwords and everything keeps running. You never need this subscription to keep what we built.

14. Confidentiality

We don't share your business information, customer data, pricing or plans with anyone. We'd like to mention that we work with you and show samples of public work. Tell us if you'd rather we didn't, and we won't.

15. Taxes

The fee is exclusive of any applicable taxes. You're responsible for any sales, use or similar taxes that apply to this service.

16. The honest limits

We do our best work and stand behind it, but we can't guarantee specific business results: rankings, lead volume, or revenue. Marketing depends on things neither of us controls, including how quickly your team responds to the leads we generate. If something goes wrong on our end, our total responsibility is limited to refunding the most recent month's fee.

17. Changes to these terms

If we update this page, we'll tell you before the changes affect you. Since there's no contract, you can always cancel if you don't like a change.
